Studio Catherine Imagines is a space where lived experience and imagination meet.
My practice expresses itself through painting, movement, writing and making. Each emerges through the same approach, rooted in curiosity, feeling, and relationship with what is unfolding.
I rarely begin with a fixed plan. Some works develop through returning over time. Others emerge in one continuous flow.

My background is in dance, where I worked professionally as a dancer, choreographer and teacher. For many years, movement was at the centre of my work.
Over time, my practice began to widen. Painting, writing and making became increasingly present alongside movement.
Studio Catherine Imagines has grown from this continuing journey.
